Antje Kerber has a diploma in Agricultural Economics and worked as a professional rider in sport and training stables after successfully completing her studies. Her qualification as a competition judge and holder of the DOSB trainer A license round off her expertise in active riding.

After several years of working as assistance of the management, Ms. Kerber held the position of Director of the Westphalian Riding and Driving School in Münster from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 she served as director of the state stud in Redefin in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and was entrusted with the technical, organizational and personnel management.

Since October 1st, 2020 Antje Kerber has been the Director of the Graditz Principal Stud and Vice Director of the Saxon State Stud Management.
